For 13th July 2025, accommodation for participants will be provided at “The New Yorker, A Wyndham Hotel” NY.
From 14th – 22nd of July 2025, accommodation will be provided at The Hotel Hilton, Garden Inn, Ithaca.

The program will be conducted at the Cornell University campus, Ithaca, New York from 13– 23 July 2025.

Your accommodation for the night of 13 July 2025 is arranged at The New Yorker,
A Wyndham Hotel, and check-in time is 4:00 pm (EDT).
Kindly plan your travel accordingly to reach the above hotel in NY on 13 July 2025.

• From NY airport, please make your arrangement to reach the hotel The New Yorker, A Wyndham Hotel on 13 July 2025.
• On 14 July 2025, the bus will depart from The New Yorker, A Wyndham Hotel to Ithaca at 7:00 am. The drive from NY to Ithaca will be approximately 5 hrs.
• In case, you may want to reach Ithaca on your own, you may do so. You can either drive down or fly to Ithaca or Syracuse. The drive from Syracuse to Ithaca is 1hr to 1.5 hour.

Your stay is arranged in The Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Ithaca.

• Check in- 4:00 pm of 14 July 2025
• Check out- 8.00 am on 23 July 2025.
• During field visits, you will checkout from the hotel at Ithaca and your stay is arranged at respective locations.

The program will conclude with graduation on 23 July 2025 at 3.00pm at Cornell University campus.

Kindly plan your return travel after 4.00 pm, post-graduation from Cornell University campus.

Cornell buses are available from campus to NY (near Cornell Club, NY).
