At Sathguru, Secret Santa is more than just exchanging gifts. It’s about togetherness, kindness, and starting the year with joy. True to our tradition, we celebrate Secret Santa gifting and New Year festivities on the first working day of the New Year, making it a perfect way to ease back into work with smiles, laughter, and shared moments.
In true Sathguru style, associates from all the divisions, ensured their Secret Santa gifts were beautifully arranged in the cafeteria, around a charming Christmas tree and an adorable snowman, instantly transforming the space into a festive winter wonderland. The decor was bright, cheerful, and heartwarming twinkling lights, festive colours, and a perfectly decorated round table where all the gifts came together, waiting to be discovered.
The first day back at work, was anything but ordinary. It kicked off on a high note. It was filled with fun games, delicious food, laughter, and surprises. Sathguru buzzed with excitement as associates gathered around, eagerly scanning the gift table, trying to spot their present. The joy doubled as people unwrapped their gifts and the inevitable question echoed across the floor “Who’s my Secret Santa?” sparking playful banter, shared laughter, and heart-warming revelations that made the celebration truly memorable
Adding to the magic, many associates went a step further and shared kindness gifts, thoughtful tokens given purely out of appreciation and goodwill. These unexpected gestures made the celebration even more special, reinforcing the spirit of care and camaraderie that defines Sathguru’s workplace.
The celebration began on a warm note with a welcome address by our Director, Ms.Pushpa, whose message set the tone for the day. Her note was both heartfelt and informative, reflecting on the year gone by and welcoming everyone into the New Year with positivity and purpose.
Alongside the festivities, we also took time to recognize and celebrate achievements. The event included the Star Performer Awards, applauding associates for their exceptional contributions, as well as Work Anniversaries honouring commitment, consistency, and growth. And of course the birthday celebrations too .These moments of recognition added pride and inspiration to an already joyful day.
Every Sathguru celebration comes with great food , adding flavour to the festivities. Associates enjoyed pizza, burgers, chips, plum cakes – a Christmas special and everyone’s favourite – Zumi Milkshakes, which were an absolute hit. Sharing meals, conversations, and laughter made the celebration feel warm, relaxed, and truly memorable.
In true Sathguru spirit, Secret Santa was a perfect blend of festivity, appreciation, fun, and togetherness.
It reminded us that while we work hard, we also celebrate harder, the Sathguru way.
