This recognition from an independent external body reaffirms the culture we have carefully nurtured and sustained over decades.

To mark this occasion, we brought our entire team together as ‘One Sathguru’ for an evening of celebration. 
It was not just the celebration itself, but the spirit with which everyone came together that made the evening truly meaningful. The smiles, the warmth, and the strong sense of belonging reflected the culture we continue to nurture.
The evening began with impactful opening remarks by our Founder Director, Ms. Hemalatha, announcing Sathguru’s certification as a Great Place to Work for the 10th consecutive year. This was followed by a thought-provoking address by the CEO, Mr. Vijayaraghavan, who shared perspectives on the way forward.
Members of the Board of Directors, Ms. Pushpa ( Sathguru Management Consultants ), Mr. Ragunathan (Sathguru Software Products), and Mr. Venugopal (Sathguru Catalysers Fund), addressed the gathering, sharing valuable insights on the growth strategies of respective sectors.
Business heads and leaders from various divisions shared reflections on the journey so far and the vision that will guide us in the years ahead. Equally meaningful was the open forum that followed, where employees across divisions shared their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives.
These conversations reminded us of something fundamental — when dialogue is open and ideas flow freely, organizations grow stronger. Several valuable insights emerged, and our leadership listened carefully. Moments like these reinforce that culture is not built through policies alone; it is built through dialogue, trust, and mutual respect.
The evening seamlessly transitioned into a celebratory gala dinner. Our HR team curated engaging activities, quizzes, and interactive games that brought vibrant energy into the room and created a delightful experience for everyone. There was laughter, friendly competition, and enthusiastic participation as colleagues joined in and walked away with exciting gifts.
More importantly, the evening created space for people to connect beyond roles, teams, and hierarchies. Colleagues shared stories, revisited memories, and spent time getting to know one another outside the usual rhythm of work. The camaraderie in the room was unmistakable.
Our photo booth quickly became a hub of excitement as teams gathered to capture joyful moments that will remain part of our collective memories for years to come.
It was more than a celebration of a certification. It was a celebration of our people, our shared values, and the culture we continue to build together.
