Vijay is a technology management professional, a Registered Technology Transfer Practioner with three decades of engagement in innovation translation to economic impact creation, intellectual assets management and innovation policy advisory. He combines his academic background in life sciences, strategic management, Finance, intellectual property and translational research to provide global corporations and public institutions vision and strategic direction to lead in their chosen spheres of engagement.

In his capacity as the Chairman and CEO of Sathguru Management Consultants, he supports private enterprises in staying on the edge of innovation led competitive advantage. With Sathguru’s presence in USA and emerging regions of Asia, Vijay has extensively engaged in long term advisory to innovation hubs, innovation ventures and large corporations in spearheading change through contemporary innovation and market delivery.

Academically Vijay is engaged with Cornell University, leading innovation, intellectual property management and life sciences executive education program. Over the last two decades he has spearheaded academic technology transfer to markets and designed academic engagement in business translational hubs. He has been twice profiled in the Betterworld award by Association of University Technology Managers for globally spearheading innovation delivery. Vijay is on the board of global development institutions and private corporations providing strategic support for their growth initiatives.
