\"GroupTimes have evolved and so have the women who have moved out of stereotypes and have\u00a0<\/span><\/span>matched shoulders with men in various fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>There are instances where gender no more stands as a concern.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Time has proven that w<\/span><\/span>omen are multi-taskers managing households and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>professional deliveries with ease and efficienc<\/span><\/span>y.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Though the bygone year was a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>testing time<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for the entire human race,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we\u00a0<\/span><\/span>have\u00a0<\/span><\/span>s<\/span><\/span>een<\/span><\/span>\u00a0women from all walks of life\u00a0<\/span><\/span>leading as frontline warriors and fighting the odds\u00a0<\/span><\/span>with their full might.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We saw mothers taking their babies\u00a0<\/span><\/span>with them to national<\/span><\/span>\u00a0conference<\/span><\/span>s, presentations and even\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to parliaments. Women still stole the show by\u00a0<\/span><\/span>leading startups,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>winning gold for the country in athletics,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>fighting for human rights and media, researching a new way of detecting breast cancer, creating the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>best\u00a0<\/span><\/span>idli<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span><\/span>an age of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>85 and selling it at Re. 1<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or planting more than 8000 saplings to save the planet.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>These are a testimony to what a woman is capable of achieving.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We at\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sathguru<\/span><\/span>, celebrated this power, this shakti on Women\u2019s Day. Though\u00a0<\/span><\/span>every day<\/span><\/span>\u00a0is\u00a0<\/span><\/span>a special day for all of us at\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sathguru<\/span><\/span>\u00a0irrespective of gender<\/span><\/span>, there was a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>very special<\/span><\/span>\u00a0recognition to the women achievers at work<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on March 8.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>A wonderful surprise was arranged for the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sathguru<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Shaktis<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>who were welcomed by the Director\u00a0<\/span><\/span>personally with<\/span><\/span>\u00a0customized gifts and goodies<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The men appreciated their women colleagues by expressing\u00a0<\/span><\/span>their<\/span><\/span>\u00a0feelings for the support they have received at various stages from them<\/span><\/span>. Some even narrated incidents of courage and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>perseverance<\/span><\/span>\u00a0their female\u00a0<\/span><\/span>colleagues<\/span><\/span>\u00a0had\u00a0<\/span><\/span>showcased<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in times of extreme\u00a0<\/span><\/span>difficulty.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The ladies were then given an opportunity to speak their mind had they been\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Prime Minister\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Narendra\"Celebrating Modi\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for a day.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>From women safety to basic education, there were a number of laws that the women wanted to enforce considering the current scenario<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Next was Nava Ras,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>a segment where the women were given a few\u00a0<\/span><\/span>situations and they had to respond\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to the<\/span><\/span>m<\/span><\/span>\u00a0by action<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>How would they react if the<\/span><\/span>y found their room filled with roses<\/span><\/span>?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Some said they would worry about cleaning the room, some wanted to start collecting the roses and selling them as bouquets.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>How would they react if they found\u00a0<\/span><\/span>their<\/span><\/span>\u00a0spouse in a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>shop<\/span><\/span>p<\/span><\/span>ing<\/span><\/span>\u00a0mall and not in office<\/span><\/span>?\u00a0<\/span><\/span>There were replies that a shopping list will be sent to them\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and<\/span><\/span>\u00a0some said that they would be happy to know that they are getting a gift. Many opinions, many thoughts flowe<\/span><\/span>d freely, the associates joined in jovially bringing in fun to the evening.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Movies are a great area of interest for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>most of us<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and having a game around the famous female-centric movies certainly made the event more<\/span><\/span>\u00a0interesting. There were clues given and within seconds the correct answers were heard<\/span><\/span>\u00a0which proved that we l<\/span><\/span>ove watching good content on the silver screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It was a great evening for gratitude and respect that we generally don\u2019t end up showing. At times expressing our feelings are also\u00a0<\/span><\/span>important<\/span><\/span>. The women were celebrated and<\/span><\/span>\u00a0so were the men who supported them at every turn.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sathguru<\/span><\/span>\u00a0has been instrumental in creating a safe environment for all devoid of any gender discrimination\u00a0<\/span><\/span>even in the top management roles.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sathguru<\/span><\/span>\u00a0family encourages every\u00a0<\/span><\/span>wo<\/span><\/span>men<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in the office floors and in the households to dream and to live a<\/span><\/span>\u00a0life that matters.
