The participants gained exposure and experience on wheat rust screening and scoring through on field exercises in the wheat rust hotspots under the guidance of global experts. Instead the additional pathways are suspected to exist viz: directly from Africa to Asia (India and Pakistan) and then to other parts of the countries and neighboring countries like Bhutan, Nepal and
