Manager-ERP Implementation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Project Implementation at the Client side.
- Lead a team in providing solutions to complex business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions.
- Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large/complex IT solutions for business processes.
- Conduct Scoping Study and need to prepare Software Requirements Specification document.
- Conduct complete requirement gathering study of the existing legacy system to identify the gap and documented.
- Mapping of Business Rules into ERP system.
- Understanding of sales & distribution process, material & manufacturing planning, production scheduling, etc.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for implementing Software.
- Active directory domain administration, Network administration. Assist in the ERP implementation / Pilot running, Updating and testing of ERP software and Documentation.
- Resource Planning and finalizing the scope for components.
- Has to provide user training and work simultaneously with our customers in achieving mutual business goals.
- Would be totally responsible for the implementation of projects assigned.
- Developing functional and technical specifications.
Qualifications: BE / B-Tech / MCA from reputed institutes with minimum 4 years valid work experience
