Sathguru is engaged to restructure a large textile group

Sathguru has been retained to study the preparedness of a large textile group located in South India with a view to assess their ability to exploit the global markets that would open up in the post WTO era. The scope of the assignment includes development of recommendations relating to acquisitions, de-merger of independent divisions, management restructuring, market access strategies etc. The report is to be presented within 90 days.
