Hemalatha (Hema) is a commerce graduate and holds postgraduate certificate qualification on Systems from NCC, UK. She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of India and has experience in handling Initial Public Offers (IPO) under the Capital Market practice area of Sathguru. She has handled over 25 IPOs, Rights and Bonus offers and other Capital Market related offerings. She is also experienced in handling assurance audits, implementation of systems and practices and harness best practices through management control systems.

She has extensive experience in global capacity building and education delivery model of Sathguru and currently heads these practices.
