Sr. Manager – Agribusiness Management
Job Profile:
To lead a multifunctional team of agribusiness experts/ consultants for handling consulting assignments relating to life sciences sector specially in the area of food and agribusiness. The incumbent will engage in directing client engagement and business development and assist in Executive Development Programs by leading a multifunctional team of agribusiness experts/consultants for handling consulting assignments relating to life sciences sector especially in the area of food and agribusiness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To lead a multifunctional team of agribusiness experts/ consultants for handling consulting assignments relating to life sciences sector especially in the area of food and agribusiness
- Strategic advisory assignments in agribusiness and food industry including project development, implementation and management advisory services
- Ensure project quality, assist in developing recommendations, review deliverables; ensure successful project deadline achievement and client satisfaction
- Support in providing process improvement, understanding and articulation of all types of consulting services, providing technical and managerial inputs to the team
- Providing guidance to the team and build team skills, liaison with team members and directors for project status
- Directing client engagement and business development
- Assist in Executive Development Programs
Qualifications: The incumbent should be a Post Graduate in Management with specialization in Agri Business with high scoring. Basic degree in Agriculture will be must for those who have undergone MBA program from reputed Institutions.
Experience: 6-8 years and above
