Consultant - Finance

Job Profile:
The incumbent will engage in developing strategic plans for clients, plan project implementation and monitor project progress. The assignments will expose the consultants through various emerging segments with continuous interaction with corporate management teams. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of business plans for start-up phase, growth phase, restructuring and consolidation & responsible for Project Finance, Financial Modeling and Valuation.
• Development of comprehensive strategy for technology acquisition, technology absorption and technology outreach in the area of life sciences, physical sciences and services sector.
• Syndication of large debt and equity placements for corporate enterprises
• Structuring mergers and de-mergers for corporate sector and stewarding such transactions through legal, statutory and structural processes.
• Design of organizations and organizational restructuring through strategic planning & would be responsible for Bank Liaison / Syndication, Client specific deliverables such as Financial Projection, CMA & Reports
• Business development through opportunity assessment and client interaction.
• Development of policy document for Government bodies in areas such as infrastructure, social development and public private partnership

Qualifications: The incumbent should be a Post Graduate in Management with specialization in finance or corporate strategy or a Chartered Accountant with high scoring. Basic degree in commerce, life sciences or engineering will be must for those who have undergone MBA program from reputed Institutions.
