KCP Mayura Sugar Mills, located at Andhra Pradesh, India, invited Sathguru to build an integrated solution for its sugar operations, during the project construction. Using its knowledge base gained during consulting interventions to various sugar industries, including that of KCP Mayura, Sathguru embarked on mapping the requirement needs of various business modules and custom built solution well ahead of their planned commercial production.

The ease with which the operations were streamlined, outlined the depth of functional expertise Sathguru possessed, including that of industry specific practices. The modules were integrated for data flow thereby reducing data redundancy at all levels.

Sathguru took the project as a challenge, and solutions encompassing eleven functional modules were built to the absolute satisfaction of the client, with perfect timing in delivery and training on robust Oracle platform. Sathguru trained and built capacity in its client’s employees towards unleashing the full potential of the ERP solution.
