Global public health concerns; emerging standards in the food industry; risk assessment and management; consumer protection, are some of elements that are addressed in the program to create a better understanding of food safety issues.  
Participants will be familiarized with global adaptive managementof various food-producingenvironments and strategic management of changes that constantly arise in the global food safety standards arena, both of which are essential for professionals who intend to gain proficiency in the discipline.

Inclusion of several advance lab technologies in the curriculum creates awareness and updates participants on the various possibilities available to raise the bar for food and safety standards in their own organisations.

The skills generated through this program concern not only food production, management and marketing as the global food safety management program takes participants to the heart of quality and sustainability.

The program delves into the various dimensions of food safety through case studies, collective tasks and productive discussions as it simultaneously builds a strong platform for networking, gaining exposure and knowledge from global industry experts working for food safety.
