25 Years: For Some, A Generation…For Sathguru, Just the Beginning!

On 4 December, 2010, Sathguru Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India marked its quarter century of existence that saw it grow into a leading, respected and trusted firm that provides technology management, science, technology innovation and strategy management, corporate financial advisory and IT services to enterprises, government and academic sector in various disciplines all over the world. The event was attended by a veritable who’s who of entrepreneurs, managers, consultants, academics, community leaders, administrative officers and policy makers from both the public and private sectors.

The gala event featured a panel discussion on the Joys and challenges of partaking in the Indian growth miracle. The panelists comprised Mr. Krishna Kumar, deputy Managing Director of the State Bank of India; Mr. Shakti Sagar of ADP India; Prof. Ramachandran from the Indian School of Business; Dr. Rajat Goyal, Country Coordinator for International AIDS Vaccine Initiative and Mr. Rajeshwara Rao, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
The panel discussion raised a lot of issues with particular emphasis on the implementation of cutting edge technology in projects for enterprise development. The audience displayed immense interests in the views of the panelists with enthusiastic participation by them during the discussion session.

A reflection of the festive spirit that prevailed during the latter half of the evening was seen in the vibrant, colourful and spirited performance of the Salsa dance troupe from Goa, who enthralled the audience with their energy and music. As the platform for the meet and greet session was set, singer and guitarist Paula’s with his smooth renditions in the background enthused the gathering to join in the festivities.

The enthusiastic spirit of the jubilee celebrations was laid out earlier on 3 December, 2010 when K. Vijayaraghavan, Chairman and Kannan Ragunathan, Director  addressed a press conference at the Taj Deccan, Hyderabad at which they announced the successful development and implementation of premium retail ERP solution Retail@Sathguru. The agenda also included the announcement of the first phase of trilateral collaborations to accelerate global gains through cutting edge technologies sourced from leading international research institutions.
