Sathguru intends to further accelerate these efforts through funding support provided to enterprises to translate technologies and adopt them transnationally with a Venture Fund created with an initial corpus of USD 100 million. Sathguru@Retail, a comprehensive ERP solution was developed and implemented for a Courts (Fiji) Ltd., a major multi-sector retail chain. The brief was to find a new, completely integrated ERP software solution including accounting, inventory management, purchasing, consumer finance, Payroll, HR, Service and CRM system that could help us manage key areas of their company business and through this, enhance their CRM with key stakeholders. Sathguru was chosen for the project because of their ability to demon­strate to us a very broad and deep understanding of our particular business needs on a fully customized Oracle platform.

The challenges included process change that also required moving from a manual to an on-line system that now allows Courts (Fiji) Ltd. to see everything that happens in the company in real time. The application went live in November and almost instantly increased the efficacy and efficiency of the chain in handling the various retail functions.
